    This is lower level apartment in our duplex. It is a spacious, 1500 sf, vacation rental in the Victorian District of downtown Savannah, GA. We are just four blocks off of Forsyth Park, on East Park Avenue. Just about a mile walk to the river with off street parking. Maximum 4 people allowed.

Please note: For liability reasons, and for our neighbors, we prefer not to host those coming to Savannah to party and respectfully ask that they book one of the many other, more suitable, rentals downtown. Please let me know that you are comfortable with all of the information in the house rules (see Booking Requirements) in your booking request message.

What to do

The city of Savannah is full of remarkable history, charm, folklore, and spirits. Several books have been published and movies made in or about this beautiful city. Take a bus, walking or ghost tour. Drive to nearby points of interest and historic sites. Marvel at the incredible architecture and art galleries. Sabree’s Gallery and 18LovesArt (Say hello to Amelia at her Kiosk, 300 West River Street) are two of my favorites! Eat at any number of fabulous restaurants and take in the incredible social scene. Don’t miss the many road races, musical events, festivals and fabulous parades that take place throughout the year. Savannah has so much to offer people of all ages and interests.

  • AMAZING LOCATION!! Only a few blocks from a lot of things and a lovely 15-20 min walk to downtown area. It was very spacious with everything you would need. An amazing place to stay!

  • This is a wonderful home with a short walk to Forsyth Park and a central location from which to explore historic Savannah. Jane is a great host with clear and complete communication. The home is comfortable and inviting and provides everything we could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
