With huge vaulted ceilings, numerous windows allowing lots of natural light, transom windows above every door and adorable decorative fireplaces throughout; this southern retreat, built in the year 1913 for J.J. Waring, welcomes you in true historic Savannah style.

Off Street parking for one car is available in the back of the house and there is plenty of free street parking in the front, and on the side of the house.

You have a front porch shared with the lower unit. Two bedrooms with queen size bed and one twin bedroom. A living room, full size dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. One full bath.

A maximum of 4 guests is allowed as we have only one bathroom and guests in the lower unit.

Please note that the front and back stairs to this apartment are long and steep (See photos). The banister is low and not safe for children.

Also: This is a duplex built in 1913 and noise travels between the two apartments. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am are in place out of respect for guests in the other apartment, and our neighbors. We are on the corner of a through street so you will hear typical traffic of a bustling city. You’ll find white noise machines and earplugs in both bedrooms, however light sleepers may not be comfortable here.
