This is lower level apartment in our duplex. It is a spacious, 1500 sf, vacation rental in the Victorian District of downtown Savannah, GA. We are just four blocks off of Forsyth Park, on East Park Avenue. Just about a mile walk to the river with off street parking. Maximum 4 people allowed.

With huge vaulted ceilings, numerous windows allowing lots of natural light and adorable decorative fire places throughout; this southern retreat, built in the year 1913 for J.J. Waring, welcomes you in true historic Savannah style.
Off Street parking for one car is available in the back of the house and there is free street parking in the front, and on the side of the house.
You have a front porch shared with the upper unit. Two bedrooms with queen size beds. Living room with pocket doors for privacy, a full size dining room and fully equipped kitchen. One full bath and one small powder room with a toilet.
Please note: This is a duplex built in 1913 and noise travels between the two apartments. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am are in place out of respect for guests in the other apartment, and our neighbors. We are on the corner of a through street so you will hear typical traffic of a bustling city. You’ll find white noise machines and earplugs in both bedrooms, however light sleepers may not be comfortable here.
